Rager Chris Lowe talks about his hunt for monster zeds on the Rover Severn, when the biggest beast came from the East and nearly put an end to his predator fishing.

Well, that’s it, the season is done and dusted. To be truthful I have mixed emotions about how it all ended. The weather really screwed things up for everyone and I really do wish we could have had just a few more weeks of fishing before we had to give up running water.

Having said that, I really shouldn’t complain. It was a truly amazing season on the river, fishing alongside my good friend Tim Maslen. A season full of highs and of course a few lows, mainly thanks to mother nature.
